How shipping works

Luks Inc coordinates supplier-direct fulfillment for JIT purchasing. Availability, processing time, transit time and freight depend on the product, supplier and delivery location. Every order is reviewed and confirmed before it ships.

Choose your shipping option at checkout

  • Standard Ground – rate shown at checkout, based on your order subtotal.
  • Expedited (2nd Day Air) – freight is quoted and approved by you before the order ships.
  • Ship on your UPS/FedEx account – enter your carrier and account number in the order notes; freight is billed by your carrier.

Mixed orders

Janitorial and PPE products ship from different facilities. Free-shipping thresholds apply to each category's own subtotal. Shopify can apply price-based shipping tiers using the total cart value, so mixed-category checkout rates may differ from the intended category-specific freight at any tier. Request a confirmed freight quote for mixed orders. If a freight adjustment is needed, we will explain the difference and obtain your approval before fulfillment. No additional freight charge is authorized merely by submitting a request.

Delivery estimates

The time ranges below are estimates after supplier confirmation, not guaranteed ship or delivery dates. Expedited transit begins after the supplier releases the shipment.

  • Janitorial & Sanitation: 3–7 business days after confirmation.
  • PPE & Industrial: 2–5 business days after confirmation.

Deliveries are to commercial addresses with dock or front-door access. Liftgate, inside delivery, residential, and appointment services are quoted separately. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments are quoted on request.

Local delivery

Local delivery remains available for eligible addresses and orders, subject to confirmed availability and delivery arrangements. Pickup is not available.

Receiving your order

Please count cartons and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, then contact us within 48 hours. Returns require prior authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee.
